Pineapple Barbeque Marinade

Why not step up your barbeque skills with this delicious tropical fruity marinade! Not only does it add a delicious flavour to chicken, steak or lamb barbeque, it also is a natural tenderizer!

 Recipe

Makes 2 cups of marinade

Ingredients 

1 cup pureed fresh pineapple

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup apple cider

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1 teaspoon grated fresh grated ginger

1 teaspoon Italian dried herbs

Method

Process all the ingredients in a blender. Lay the barbeque meat in a glass dish and cover with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 hours.
