Cream Cheese Lollipops
Looking for an easy tasty crowd pleaser drinks snack? Try these cream cheese lollipops! You will indeed impress! Get creative with the coatings, I use chopped parsley, garlic and walnuts, chopped roasted red peppers. The three colours look spectacular laid out on a wooden board! Not to mention how well they pair with martinis!
Recipe
Makes 20 cream cheese lollipops
Ingredients
500g cream cheese
250ml finely grated white cheddar cheese
5 tablespoons chopped parsley
5 tablespoons chopped garlic and walnuts
5 tablespoons chopped roasted red peppers
20 lollipop sticks (these can be purchased at any art and craft store)
Method
Cream the grated cheddar cheese with the cream cheese.
Here’s where it gets fun! Roll into 20 balls.
Coat the balls with my above mentioned coatings or be creative and choose your own flavours!
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve!
