Chimichurri Sauce
Oh boy, do I have a winner to share with all of you! This versatile sauce adds absolute life to virtually any dish. It especially goes very well with chicken. This sauce can serve as a basic marinade, blended with butter to make a stuffing, spread inbetween slices of French loaf bread or use as a condiment. It is THAT versatile!

Recipe
Makes 250ml of sauce
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons chopped garlic
2 Tablespoons chopped ginger
Zest and juice of one large lemon
3 Tablspoons chopped red onion
3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
3 Tablespoons chopped mint
3 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 red chillies deseeded and chopped
2 teaspoons salt
150 ml olive oil
Method
Combine all the ingredients together in a food processor.
Pulse until well blended.
Taste for salt, add more if needed.
Ready for use!
Keep refrigerated.
